After years of fascination with gems and minerals, I began collecting beads. This past spring, after good winter moisture, we had especially lovely wild flowers and grasses. During walks and mountain bike rides, I began to see the colors of the gems in the flowers and grasses and an idea evolved over several months of watching different plants follow their natural patterns.

Using genuine stone beads, pearls and sterling silver, we began combining colors to reflect those we saw in the flowers. This is an exciting process and soon we began to see the colors of trees, elements, regions and seasons. We especially enjoy combining gems in a surprising manner.

Currently we are designing jewelry that represents flowers, elements, trees and regions of our state. We are working on a few special editions such as the Tri-centennial of Albuquerque, as well as a few other surprises. Click the links below to read descriptions of our jewelry designs.
